Purchasing the services of a professional is easy:
- Open the app and tell SEPHIR your location using the map
- Search from the key words available or key in the service you are looking for and give additional information to make your search more accurate
- Select the date and time at which you require the service
- SEPHIR will in real time search for the professionals available nearest to your location
- From the professionals listed, select your favourite professional based on their credential and portfolios
- You can provide them a booking note with pictures and text messages
- To book the professional, provide your credit/debit card details. The system will charge your AED 1 to ensure its a working card. Once the amount is debited the AED. 1 will be immediately credit back into your card
- Once the booking is done you will receive a job card from the service professional, where you can get their contact details
- You will receive notification of all updates happening during the job
- You can track the arrival of the professional to your location
- Once the professional agrees to take up your job they will send a proposal via SEPHIR. Upon your confirmation they will initiate the job
- Once the job is complete you can rate your professional using the app
- Upon successful rating of the professional the payment will be deducted from your card. In case the professional has requested for any payment in advance, such payments will be deducted upon your confirmation of the job
All searches on SEPHIR are in real time and finds you the most qualified professional nearest to your location. The system ensures zero paper and availability of your job history for future use.
